Taking over of the Direct Management of Trust Estate of M.K.P. Marcayar and

Maqdoomi Masjid, George Town, Chennai District.

In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Waqf Act 1995, the Tamil Nadu

Waqf Board in its resolution in item No.12/2020 in Rc.No. 12765/16/B9/Chen dated: 7-10-2020 has resolved to take over

the Management of TRUST ESTATE OF M.K.P. MARCAYAR AND MAQDOOMI MASJID, GEORGE TOWN, CHENNAI

DISTRICT under the Direct Management of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board for a period of one year from 7-10-2020 to

6-10-2021 and the Superintendent of Waqfs, Chennai is appointed as its Executive Offi cer.

Waqf Board in its resolution in item No.17/20 in Rc.No. 15035/05/B4/TVLR dated: 7-10-2020 has resolved to take over

the Management of Anjuman-e-Mohammadhi under the Direct Management of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board's order and to

appoint the Superintendent of Waqf Poonamallee as its Executive Offi cer.
