Claims Tribunal to be established at Tiruchirappalli and

2. The Director General of Police/Head of Police Force,

Tamil Nadu, Chennai in his letter fourth read above has informed

that instead of Service Book of Thiru Pon.Balasubramanian,

Special Sub-Inspector of Police (601) the Service Book Thiru

Pon. Balasubramanian, Special Sub-Inspector of Police (383)

S/o R. Ponupillai who retired on 30-06-2013 was veriﬁ ed,

inadvertently and recommended that he had not been awarded

any punishment.

3. The Government have examined the request of

Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu,

Chennai with reference to the rules governing the award of the

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Police Medal for Outstanding

Devotion to Duty (Anna Medal), and have decided to accept

his request and to forfeit the aforesaid Medal awarded on

the occasion of Dr. Anna's Birthday, 2011 to Thiru Pon.
