Amendments to the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009.

No.SRO A-40/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and

Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (Central Act 56 of 2007), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to

the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009.

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖගඛ

In the said Rules, in the Schedule:-

(i) for the expression "[See Rule (16)]", the expression "[See rule 19]" shall be substituted;

(ii) under the sub-heading "Physical Facilities’’, in serial No.3, after item (viii). the item ''(ix) a Register/Suggestion

Box or Complaint Box" shall be inserted.
