Notifi cation under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act

Amendment to Notifi cation.

[G.O. Ms. No. 42, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 5th November 2020, äŠðC 20, ꣘õK, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2051.]

No. II(1)/HOPE/23/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu

Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to

the Prohibition and Excise Department's Notifi cation No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II–Section 1 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended, namely:-

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග.

In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading "PREMIUM BRANDS", under the sub-heading

"Thiruvalargal Enrica Enterprises Private Limited", after the entry "Mc Dowell's VSOP Brandy" the following entries shall be

added, namely:—

"ENRICA Platinum Reserve XO Brandy";

"ENRICA Premium French Brandy";

"ENRICA VSOP Select Brandy"; and

"ENRICA OLD INDIE Classic Dark Rum".

Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to

the Prohibition and Excise Department's Notifi cation No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II–Section 1 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended, namely:-

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග.

In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading "PREMIUM BRANDS", under the sub-

heading "Thiruvalargal KALS Beverages Private Limited", after the entry "Des Marquis Premium French Brandy", the entries

"1848 Premium XO Brandy" and "LA Martine VSOP Premium Brandy", shall be added.
