NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE

TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are to be acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of

SH-40 Tiruchendur – Ambasamudram Via Palayamkottai Road km 13/400 to 15/400 km. in Angamangalam Village, Eral

Taluk, Thoothukudi District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for

the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tirunelveli (CKICP), Tamil Nadu,

after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may

do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act

34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the following lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 9285 Sq. mtrs in Angamangalam

Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial

Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-40 Tiruchendur – Ambasamudram

Via Palayamkottai Road.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai

– Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli which may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

(Part - 2) Village in Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional

Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons

having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

purpose, to wit for widening of SH-95, Mohanur - Namakkal - Senthamangalam - Rasipuram Road at KM (52/640 to

awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP),

Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the

case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the dry and wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent

of 5797 sq.mtr., are acquired in 34.Singalandhapuram Village in Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, to the same, a

little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below

are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for

Widening of SH-58-II, Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road from 101/100 KM to 102/050 KM at

No.25. Thanigaipolur (Part-1) Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional

Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons

having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of

section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 29498 sq.mts. of

R.Dry lands are acquired in No.25. Thanigaipolur (Part-1) Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little

more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening

of SH-58-II, Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road at KM (101/100 KM to 102/050 KM).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),

TNRSP II, Chennai – 32 and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor

Project, Arakkonam may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
