(2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the aff airs of the Dindigul ladies polythene

Workers ICS Itd., Ind No.439 Dindigul District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate eff ect by the Additional

Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / The Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives), Chennai

vide Proc.No. 46807/ICN/2006-1 dated 12-11-2020.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director(IC), District Industries Centre, Dindigul has been

appointed as the Offi cial Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation”.

Read With Tamil Nadu Act 38 of 2019

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired under for Highways purpose to wit for the formation of Bye-pass Road to Namakkal Town in Thottiyapatti

Village - Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H),

NABARD & Rural Roads , Salem, Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons

having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of

Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent

12,542 sq. mtrs., of lands in Thottiyapatti Village , Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District, for Highways purpose, to wit, for

the formation of Bye-pass Road to Namakkal Town.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

under Highways purpose to wit, for the purpose of provision of Project facilities such as construction of Junction Improvement

and Wayside Amenities to Chennai Outer Ring Road Phase - II at No.123, Kummanur Village, Ponneri Taluk of Tiruvallur

District and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid

by Highways Department, and after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest in the

said land, as the case may be, do hereby published the following notice under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of theTamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Government of Tamil Nadu

hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to extent of 14,205 Sq. mtr., Dry and Manavari

land in S.No.34/2B etc., at No.123, Kummanur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to be the same, a little more

or less needed for Highways purposes to wit, for the Project facilities such as construction of Interchange for the formation

of Chennai Outer Ring Road, Phase-II.

the Perungalathur Village, Survey No. 367 is required for Highways purpose i.e. for Construction of ROB under Chennai

Metropolitan Development Project Division-Ill, Guindy, Chennai-25 and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer,

Development [UD 4-(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27,

Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated 15-07-2009 of the following variations are made to the New Town Development plan of

the Hosur New Town Development Area consented under this said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development

Department Notifi cation No. 12 at page Nos. 159, 160 of Part VI—Section 1, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the

Under the heading “Agricultural use zone” in Komaranapalli Village & Panchayat, Thally Panchayat union, Denkanikottai

Taluk in Expression of Survey No. 89/1 & 89/2 with an extent of 3.07 Acres (1.24.50 Hectares) shall be deleted.
