Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land

Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and situated in

the Peerkankaranai Village (Part - II), Survey No. 218/2 and etc., is required for Highways purpose i.e. for Construction of

ROB under Chennai Metropolitan Development Project Division-Ill, Guindy, Chennai-25 and it having already been decided

that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of funds controlled and managed by

the Chief Engineer, Highways Projects, Chennai-25 and after having considered that cause shown by the owners or the

other persons having interest in the said lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under

sub - section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

Under sub - Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Commissioner

of Land Administration (FAC) hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring 1531 square meters

to the same a little more or less are needed for the purpose of Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No.32 between Tambaram

to Perungalathur Railway Stations under Chennai Metropolitan Development Project Division - Ill, Chennai-32.

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special Deputy Collector (LA), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project,

Metro, Alandur, Chennai-16 and may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.
