The following amendment notifi cation for diff erence in acquisition extent issued under sub section (1) of Section 15
in Form C of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), published in the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette in respect of 30.Thokkavadi Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District for the purpose to wit for strengthening
and widening in SH-79 Tiruchengode - Erode Road from 83/800 k.m. to 86/300 k.m.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired
under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and Widening
of SH-191, Melur - Thirupathur Road from KM 0/000 to KM 31/600 at Navinipatti Village in Melur Taluk, Madurai District,
and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid
out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tirunelveli (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having
considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do
hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of
3052 sq.mts. of Wet and R.Manai lands are acquired in Navinipatti Village in Melur Taluk, Madurai District, to the same,
a little more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to
wit for Strengthening and Widening of SH-191, Melur - Thirupathur Road from KM 0/000 to KM 31/600.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),
Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),
Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirupattur and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for the Strengthening and Widening of
the SH-58 II Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tirutani Road at KM (98/200 to 98/840) in No.35. Melpakkam (Part -1) Village
in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be
awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram
(CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such
lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the
Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read
with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 17225
sq.mtr., are acquired in No. 35. Melpakkam (Part -1) Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little
more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for
Strengthening and Widening of SH-58 II Kanchipuram – Arakkonam –Tirutani Road at KM (98/200 to 98/840).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired
under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for strengthening and widening of SH-58-
II, Kanchipuram - Arakkonam - Tiruttani Road at KM (97/250 to 98/200) in 35.Melpakkam (Part-2) Village in Arakkonam
Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for
the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP),
Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands
as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil
Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with
the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the R.Dry, R.Wet and R.Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to
an extent of 29644 sq.mtr., are acquired in 35.Melpakkam (Part-2) Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, to the
same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose
for strengthening and widening of SH-58-II, Kanchipuram - Arakkonam - Tiruttani Road at KM (97/250 to 98/200).
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),
Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project, Chennai and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari
Industrial Corridor Project, Arakkonam in Ranipet District which may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
