NOTIFICATION UNDER SUB-SECTION(1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT,2001(TAMIL NADU

ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS(REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDEMENT

AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the Wet & Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below

and measuring to an extent of 30811 Sq.metres under Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for Highways purpose

for laying of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road, Ennore at KM 21/100 to KM 21/577 No.106 Jaganathapuram I Village,

Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer -III, Tamil Nadu

Road Infrastructure Development Corporation, Chennai-600 002. Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown

by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice

is issued under Sub-Section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) Read with

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019,the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby notiﬁ es that the Wet & Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 30811 Sq.metres of

lands are acquired in No.106, Jaganthapuram-I Village in Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less

needed for Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for State Highways purpose. for laying of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road,

Ennore. KM 21/100 to KM 21/577 The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District

Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project –II, Guindy, Chennai -32 and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar

(Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit I, Ponneri in Tiruvallur District which may be inspected at

any time during the oﬃ ce hours.
