ACQUISITION OF LANDS

No. II(2)/HWMP/23(b-1)/2021.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for Highways purpose to wit for Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No.34 at km 2/4

of Tiruvarur - Mannargudi – Muthupettai road (State Highways-202) in between Railway km 50/800-50/900 between

Kuzhikari – Tiruvarur Railway Stations in Thanjavur –Nagore-Karaikkal section and it having already been decided that

the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land to be paid by Divisional Engineer (Highways) Projects,

Tiruvarur after considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case

may be do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 0.53.73 hectares

to the same, a little more or less required for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No.34

at km 2/4 of Tiruvarur - Mannargudi – Muthupettai road (State Highways-202 ) in between Railway km 50/800-50/900

between Kuzhikari – Tiruvarur Railway Stations in Thanjavur-Nagore-Karaikkal section in 11/1.Vilamal Village, Tiruvarur

Taluk, Tiruvarur District.

The plan of lands is kept in the Oﬃ ce of the District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tiruvarur and may be inspected at any

time during Oﬃ ce Hours.

NOTICE

(3.13.46 Hectares wet lands and 0.10.00 Hectares dry lands) to the same, a little more or less required for the Formation

of Ring Road to Mannargudi Town branching and merging at Km 35/2 Kumbakonam-Mannargudi-Adhirampattinam Road

(State Highways-66) in Pamini Village, Mannargudi Taluk, Tiruvarur District.

The Plan of Lands is kept in the Oﬃ ce of the District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tiruvarur and may be inspected at any

time during Oﬃ ce Hours.
