NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE

TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of

SH-58-II, Kanchipuram - Arakkonam - Thiruthani Road from KM 75/900 to KM 76/440 at Govindavadi-A Village in Kanchipuram

Taluk, Kanchipuram District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP),

Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the

case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the R.Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1172 sq.mtr.,

are acquired in Govindavadi-A Village in Kanchipuram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, to the same, a little more or less is

needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-58-II,

Kanchipuram - Arakkonam - Thiruthani Road from KM 75/900 to KM 76/440.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II, Chennai-32 and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Arakkonam in Ranipet District which may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways the purpose of strengthening and widening in the

SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road from KM 46/500 to KM 47/220 at Kondathur (Additional) Village in Sirkali Taluk,

Nagapattinam District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu

after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be

do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby notifi ed that the wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 587 sq.mtr., are acquired in

Kondathur (Additional) Village in Sirkali Taluk, Nagapattinam District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-

Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali

Road from KM 46/500 to KM 47/220.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sirkali may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
