NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE
TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under
Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project - II for Highways purpose for Widening of SH.39 Tirunelveli-Sengottai-Kollam Road at
KM 7/400 to KM 7/600 and from KM 9/000 to KM 9/600
KM 7/400 to KM 7/600 and from KM 9/000 to KM 9/600 .in Abishekapattii (Addl.) Village in Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli
District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid
out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Trichy Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project- II, Tamil Nadu
after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be
do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the
Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival and Operation Amendment Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu
hereby notify that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 2352 sq.mts. acquired in
Abishekapatti Village in Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Tamil Nadu Road
Sector Project II, for State Highways purpose, for Widening of SH.39 Tirunelveli-Sengottai-Kollam Road from at KM 7/400 to
KM 7/400 to
KM 7/600 and from KM 9/000 to KM 9/600.
KM 7/600 and from KM 9/000 to KM 9/600.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),
Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project II, Trichy and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector
Project II, in Tirunelveli which may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
