Letter No. 1791/2020/RG/B2,
dated 18-12-2020.
Order No. 06, Public (Special-A), 6th January 2021.
The Government have considered the recommendation
of the High Court, Madras to depute Thiru D.Lingeshwaran,
VIII Additional Judge (CBI Cases), City Civil Court, Chennai,
District Judge of Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service and
post him as Law Secretary, Government of Puducherry,
on
deputation
basis,
in
place
of
the
incumbent
Tmt. J.Juliet Pushpa.
2.
The
Government
accordingly
direct
that
Thiru D.Lingeshwaran, District Judge of Tamil Nadu State
Judicial Service, now functioning as VIII Additional Judge
(CBI Cases), City Civil Court, Chennai, be deputed to
Puducherry Judicial Service for being posted as Law Secretary,
Government of Puducherry in the place of the incumbent Tmt.
J.Juliet Pushpa.

In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article
222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation
with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer
Shri Justice Vineet Kothari, Judge of the Madras High Court,
as a Judge of the Gujarat High Court and to direct him to
assume charge of his offi ce in the Gujarat High Court.
