Amendment to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Subordinate Service.

No. SRO B-2/2021.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Special Rules for Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extention

Subordinate Service (Section-I in Volume III of the Tamil Nadu Service Manual, 1970.)

The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 15th September, 2016.

In the said Special Rules, for rule 6, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"Reservation of appointments:- The Provisions contained in Section 27 of the Tamil Nadu Government

Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2016) shall apply for appointment to the post of Assistant

Agricultural Oﬃ cer by direct recruitment".

In the Government Order ﬁ rst read above, orders have been issued for constitution of an additional Labour Court at

Madurai.

2. in the Government Order second read above, orders have been issued for revalidation of the orders issued in the

Government Order ﬁ rst read above, for constitution of Additonal Labour Court, Madurai and also sanctioned one post of Driver

and infrastructural facilities to the said court.

3. In the Government Order third read above, orders have been issued for revalidation of the orders issued in the

Government Order ﬁ rst and second read above for constitution of Additonal Labour Court, Madurai.

4. In the letter fourth read above, the Registrar General has stated that the Additional Labour Court, Madurai could not

be constituted for want of accommodation report from the Principal District Judge, Madurai. The Government Order third read

above had expired on 9-10-2020 and he has requested to revalidate the Government Order ﬁ rst read above under Article 50

of the Tamil Nadu Finance Code Volume-1 for constitution of the Additional Labour Court at Madurai.

5. After careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras, the Government hereby revalidate

the orders issued in the Government Order ﬁ rst and second read above under Article 50 of the Tamil Nadu Financial Code

Volumn-1, or the constitution of the Additional Labour Court at Madurai.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No. 46600/Finance(Home-II)/2020,

2. From the Deputy Registrar (Admn-III), High Court, Madras Letter Roc. No. 2389/2007/G3, dated 7-12-2020.

Order: No. 211, Labour and Employment (D2), 29th December 2020.

In the Government Order ﬁ rst read above, orders have been issued for constitution of Labour Court at Udhagamandalam

in Nilgiris District.

2. In the letter second read above, the Deputy Registrar (Admn-III), High Court has stated that the District-cum-Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Nilgiris has submitted the readiness report stating that the Labour Court at Udhagamandalam in Nilgiris

District may be constituted in the District Court campus at Udhagamandalam in Nilgiris District and requested necessary

orders of the Government, to revalidate the Government order ﬁ rst read above, under Article 50 of the Tamil Nadu Financial

Code Volume-I, for Constitution of Labour Court at Udhagamandalam in Nilgiris District.

3. After careful examination of the proposal of the Deputy Registrar (Admn-III), High Court Madras, the Government

hereby revalidates the orders issued in the Government Order ﬁ rst read above, under Article 50 of the Tamil Nadu Financial

Code Volumn-I for the Constitution of Labour Court at Udhagamangalam in Nilgiris District.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No. 48178/Finance (Home-II)/2020, dated

21-12-2020.
