Workers ICS Itd., Ind No.439 Dindigul District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate eﬀ ect by the Additional

Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / The Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives), Chennai vide

Proc.No. 46807/ICN/2006-1 dated 12.11.2020.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director(IC), District Industries Centre, Dindigul has been appointed

as the Oﬃ cial Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation”.

Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department

Against the entry "Agricultural AG35'' for the expression "150 to 184" shall be deleted and 150 to 174, 175

(Except 175/2B8A, 175/2B8B1) 176 to 184 shall be substituted after 949.

(ii)

(ii)

Against the "MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE" the expression 373/1C shall be added

(iii) Against the "MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE" the expression 373/1C shall be added before the entry 374.

In the said Master Plan, in the " ANNEXURE - E" under heading USE ZONES - SALEM LOCAL PLANNING AREA"

under the heading SALEM DISTRICT - V.No. 33, SALEM TALUK, KANNANKURICHI TOWN PANCHAYAT / VILLAGE.

(1) Under the New-heading "RESIDENTIAL USE" under the New entries the expression S.No.208/1B shall be added.

(2) Under the Sub-heading "AGRICULTURAL USE" under the entries "AG-24" for the expression 208, the expression

208/1B except shall be replaced.
