The election will be held in accordance with rules and procedures stipulated for the conduct of election to the
University authorities. (Chapter XIII of Statutes of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University)

Nominations should be made in the prescribed form which may be downloaded from the University website
www.msuniv.ac.in
Further, Nomination papers shall be enclosed in an envelope superscribed as indicated below, and sent by Registered
Post (Acknowledgement due), so as to be received by the Returning Offi cer within the date and hour fi xed or delivered
either in person or by a messenger to the Returning Offi cer within the last date and hour fi xed. Nomination papers that
are not enclosed in an envelope, superscribed and sent by Registered Post or delivered in person or by messenger as
required above shall be declared invalid.

many times as there are vacancies but not more.

Nomination papers should reach the Returning Offi cer not later than Friday, the 29th January 2021 upto
3.00 pm. The scrutiny of nominations will take place on the same day from 4.00 pm at the Offi ce of the Returning Offi cer.
