Amendment to the Family Courts (Tamil Nadu) Rules, 1987.

No.SRO A-2/2021.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Family Courts Act, 1984

(Central Act 66 of 1984), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court of Madras, hereby makes the

following amendment to the Family Courts (Tamil Nadu) Rules, 1987.

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග

In the said Rules, for rule 7, the following rule as subsequently amended, namely:-

“7. Fee for Counsellors:-

Every Counsellor shall be entitled to a sitting fee of Rs.600/- (Rupees six hundred only) per day with a monthly ceiling

of Rs.12,000/-(Rupees twelve thousand only)’’.
