In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 4 of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,

1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development

[UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No.27 Part II—Section 2. page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for Tiruppur

Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notiﬁ cation

No. II(2)/HOU/573/2006 at page 375 of Part II—Section - 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 22nd November 2006.

In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE’’ under the heading TIRUPPUR LOCAL PLANNING AREA.

Tiruppur District, Avinashi Taluk, “Pudupalayam Village”.

(i)

Against the “AGRICULTURAL USE (AG)” for the expression 476/2, the expression 476/2pt shall be substituted.

(ii)

Against the “MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR)” the expression 476/2B1C shall be added.

(iii) Against the “MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR)” the expression 476/2B1C shall be added after the entry 425.

Notice is hereby given that the list of Public Holidays and Court Holidays are as follows for Criminal Units of Cuddalore

District, Cuddalore.

The Holidays for all the Subordinate Courts in the State of Tamil Nadu, for the year 2021 are as follows:-

(a) All Sundays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu.

(b) The following 10 Saturdays are working days for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning

in the State of Tamil Nadu:

23-01-2021, 06-03-2021, 17-04-2021, 05-06-2021, 03-07-2021, 07-08-2021, 04-09-2021, 23-10-2021,

20-11-2021 and 04-12-2021.

Courts.

(d) All the Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu shall work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every

month except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are declared as holidays, except

In pursuance of the Hon'ble High court's Oﬃ cial Memorandum cited above, it is hereby notiﬁ ed that all the Civil and

Sessions Courts in the District of Thanjavur will be closed for the summer Vacation during the year 2021 as detailed below.

District Court, Thanjavur @ Pattukkottai, Special District Court, (MCOP Tribunal), Thanjavur and

Additional District Court (FTC), Kumbakonam.

(2) The courts of Principal Subordinate Judges and Principal Assistant Sessions .Judges, Additional

Subordinate Judges and Additional Assistant Sessions Judges of Thanjavur and Kumbakonam and

Sub .Judges and Assistant Sessions Judge, Pattukkottai and Special Sub Judge, (MCOP Tribunal),

Thanjavur.

(3) The court of Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam, Additional District Munsif, Kumbakonam, Principal

District Munsif, Thanjavur, Additional District Munsif, Thanjavur, District Munsif Thiruvaiyaru and

Pattukkottai and District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, Orathanadu and Thiruvidaimaruthur

Additional Assistant Sessions Judges, Thanjavur and Kumbakonam and Sub Judge and Assistant Sessions Judge, Pattukkottai

and the courts of Principal District Munsif, Thanjavur, Additional District Munsif, Thanjavur, District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru and

Magistrate, Papanasam, Orathanadu and Thiruvidaimaruthur (Civil side) will observe the following holidays for the year 2021

as follows:

(a) All Sundays are Holidays for all the subordinate courts including Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu.

5. The Oﬃ ce of the Oﬃ cial Receiver, Thanjavur the Fast Track Court, Thanjavur will remain open throughout the vacation.

6. No Plaints, Appeals of petitions except application for grant of copies and for service and execution of process will

be received by the Courts during the vacation.

7. The Oﬃ ce of the Copyists and Process Service Establishments will remain open throughout the Vacation, but no

arrest warrant will be executed during the vacation. The Oﬃ ce of the other Establishment will remain closed. Arrangements

will however be made.

for transmitting records in appeals to the Hon'ble High Court

for all administrative correspondence.

for furnishing the copies and Process Service Establishments with necessary records and Original Orders

Judgments etc. and

for receiving printing charges and plan copying fees in respect of Copy Applications.

8. Appeals of an urgent nature during the adjournment may be presented before the Hon 'ble Madurai Bench of Madras

High Court at Madurai.

9. In case of Vacation Civil Judge, he will be appointed by the Government for the District of Thanjavur under Section

30 of the Madras Civil Act (Central Act III of 1873 as amended Section 4 of the Madras Act 17 of 1959) Civil Suits and

Appeals and other proceedings in Civil cases alone will be received and disposed of by him in terms of Section 30(c) of the

above said Act and the rules that may be framed in this behalf.

10. Urgent applications for bail during the absence of the Principal Sessions Judge for Thanjavur, Thanjavur Division,

during the Vacation should be made in the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, if Vacation Sessions

Judge, is not appointed for Thanjavur Sessions Division
