ACQUISITION OF LANDS

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that
the lands specifi ed in schedule below and situated in the
Town Amburpettai in the Taluk of Vaniyambadi formerly in the
district of Vellore and now in Tirupattur district are required
for Highways purpose to wit for construction of Road Under
Bridge at km 0/2 of Islamiah College road in lieu of existing
Level Crossing No.81 at railway Km 198/0-198/100 in between
Vaniyambadi and Kethandapatti Railway Stations and it having
already been decided that the entire amount of compensation
to be awarded for the land is to be paid by the Divisional
Engineer (Highways), Projects Division, Vellore-6 after
considering the cause shown by the owner or other
persons having interest on such land as the case may,
do here by publish the following notice under sub-section
1 of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001
(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002.)
NOTICE
Under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu
Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed below
admeasuring 3584 Square Meters of land and the same
a little more or less needed for Highways to wit for
formation of Road Under Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing
No.81 located in Amburpettai Town.
The plan of lands is kept in the offi ce of Tahsildar
Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur District and may be inspected at
any time during offi ce hours.
