In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Advocates’

Clerks Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Tamil Nadu Act 38 of 2020), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby appoints the second day of February 2021 as the date on which the said Act shall come into

force.
