NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH

THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to Widening and Strengthening in SH-142,

Thuraiyur - Perambalur Road from KM 11/500 to KM 15/300 at 65.Nakkasalem Village in Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District,

and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of

the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Cuddalore (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering

the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the

following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 78 sq.mtr.,

are acquired in 65. Nakkasalem Village in Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for

Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project (CKICP) for State Highways purpose, to wit for Widening and Strengthening

in SH-142, Thuraiyur - Perambalur Road from KM 11/500 to 15/300.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project (CKICP) Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Perambalur in Perambalur District may be inspected at any time during

the offi ce hours.

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose of Strengthening and Widening of SH-64 Kumbakonam

- Sirkali Road from KM 44/200 to KM 46/500 at Dharmathanapuram Village in Mayiladuthurai Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District,

and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of

the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering

the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the

following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet, Dry and Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent

of 7806 sq.mtr., are acquired in Dharmathanapuram Village in Mayiladuthurai Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District, to the same, a

little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for

widening the SH-64 Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road from KM 44/200 to KM 46/500.

be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Cuddalore

(CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such

lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry and Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent

of 31197 sq.mtr., are acquired in 11. Kurumbalur (South) (By-pass) Village in Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District,

to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways

purpose, to wit for the formation of By-pass in SH-142, Thuraiyur - Perambalur Road from KM 27.833 to KM 29.859.
