The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be
acquired for Industrial purpose to Wit for the Estabilshment of New SIPCOT Industrial Park by SIPCOT at 29.Thadangam
Village and surrounding areas, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be
awarded for the lands to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice is issued
under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu
Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below
and measuring 0.58.58 Hectare (1.4469 Acres) of dry lands to the same a little more or less needed for Industrial
Purposes, to wit, for setting up of New Industrial Park by SIPCOT.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer/Land Acquisition, SIPCOT,
Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
