NOTIFICATION UNDER SUB-SECTION(1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS

ACT,2001(TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUSITION LAWS

(REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDEMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT,2019

No.VI(1)/70(b-1)/2021.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land specifi ed in the schedule

below are acquired under Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for Highways purpose for laying of

Northern Port Access Road, Amoor Village in Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, and it having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of

the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu after having

considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such land as the case

may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) Read with Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation,

Amendment and Validation) Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es that the Wet land specifi ed

in the schedule below and measuring to an extent 2962 of sq.meters of land are acquired in Amoor

Village in Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for Chennai

Peripheral Ring Road Project for State Highways purpose, for laying of Northern Port Access Road.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer

(Land Acquisition), Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project –II, Guindy, Chennai offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, unit-1, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District which may be inspected at any time during

the offi ce hours.

a little more or less needed for Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for State Highways purpose, Northern Port

Access Road.
