The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for Industrial purpose, to fi t, for the establishment of new SIPCOT Industrial Park by SIPCOT at Kannudaiyanpatti

and surrounding areas, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT Industrial Park by SIPCOT. The following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below

and measuring 3.68.0 Hectares (9.09 Acres) to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit, for

the establishment of new SIPCOT Industrial park by SIPCOT at Kannudaiyanpatti and surrounding areas.

The plans of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli and may be inspected at any

time during offi ce hours.
