The Government have considered the recommendation

of the High Court, Madras to depute Thiru S. Karthikeyan,

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

District Judge of Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service now function-

ing as District Judge, Karaikal, as Secretary (Law), Government

of Puducherry for a period of 2 years in the place of the incumbent

Tmt. J.Juliet Pushpa.

The

Government

accordingly

direct

that

Thiru S. Karthikeyan, District Judge of Tamil Nadu State

Judicial Service, now functioning as District Judge, Karaikal,

as Secretary (Law), Government of Puducherry for a period

of 2 years in the place of the incumbent Tmt. J. Juliet Pushpa.

3. Orders issued in G.O. 2nd read above is hereby

cancelled for deputing in respect of Thiru D. Lingeshwaran,

District Judge of Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service, as

Secretary (Law), Puducherry in Puducherry Judicial Service.
