under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (TN Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002). The

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land speciﬁ ed in the schedule below measuring 1538 Sq. Metres to the same,

a little more or less required For widening and strengthening of Thiruvanmiyur to Akkarai.

The plan of the land under acquisition kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (L.A),Highways Metro

Wing, Alandur, Chennai-16 and may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

Tiruppur Local Planning Authority any objection and suggestion relating thereto.

The entire Tiruppur Detailed Development Plan No.22 of Tiruppur Local Planning Authority is comprehensively varied

by Director of Town and Country planning, Chennai vide Proceedings Roc No.18175/2016/TCP3 dated: 15.03.2021

The Plan thus varied is numbered as Map No.5 DDP(V)/DTCP No.7/2021.

The Detailed Development Plan clause & Schedules annexed with this plan are made enforceable from the

date of publication of the conﬁ rmed variation notiﬁ cation to be issued under Section 33(2) of the act and published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

of 1873), the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Sivagangai District, the District Munsif Court, Karaikudi,

shall have local jurisdiction over the entire Karaikudi Taluk in Sivagangai District with eﬀ ect from the date of constitution

of a separate District Munsif Court at Karaikudi by converting the existing Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate

Court, Karaikudi.

(Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted

from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the

local limits of his jurisdiction with eﬀ ect from the date of constitution of a separate District Munsif Court at Karaikudi

the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif, Karaikudi, shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a

Court of Small Causes under the provincial Small Causes Court Act, 1887 for the trial of suits cognizable by a Court

of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs.5000/- (Rupees ﬁ ve thousand only) with eﬀ ect from the date of

constitution of a separate District Munsif Court at Karaikudi by converting the existing Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial

Magistrate Court, Karaikudi.
