In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu

Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 1989 (Tamil Nadu Act 42 of 1989) the Governor of

Tamil Nadu in the capacity of Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS)

hereby appoints Dr. K.N. Selvakumar, Dean, Madras Veterinary College, Chennai as the Vice-Chancellor

of the Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chennai, for a period of three years from

the date of his assuming offi ce.
