In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Sai University Act, 2018

(Tamil Nadu Act 42 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 28th day of April, 2021 as

the date, on which, the Sai University shall commence to exercise its function.
