DECLARED THE MUCORMYCOSIS DISEASE AS A NOTIFIED DISEASE THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU

UNDER THE TAMIL NADU PUBLIC HEALTH ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Tamil Nadu Public Health Act, 1939 (Tamil Nadu Act III of

1939), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that MUCORMYCOSIS is a notified disease in the State of Tamil Nadu for

the purpose of Part II in Chapter VII of the said Act.
