Under clause (a) of Section 2 read with clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Essential
Articles Control and Requisitioning Act, 1949 (Tamil Nadu Act XXIX of 1949), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares
