In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908

(Central Act XV of 1908), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Highways and

Minor Ports Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/HWMP/359/2009, published at pages 232-234 of Part II-Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 22nd July 2009.
