Amendment to Notifi cations under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

[G.O.Ms. No. 14, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 21st June 2021, ÝQ 7, Hôõ, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´&2052.]

No.II(1)/HOPE/13/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the

Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment

to the Prohibition and Excise Department Notifi cation No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II-Section 1 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended.

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග.

In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading “PREMIUM BRANDS”, under the

sub-heading “Thiruvalargal KALS Beverages Private Limited”, the entry “Imperial’s Gold Napoleon Reserve VSOP Brandy”

shall be omitted.

No.II(1)/HOPE/14/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition

Act, 1937 (Tamii Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Prohibition

and Excise Department Notification No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II-Section 1 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended, namely:-

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග.

In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading “PREMIUM BRANDS”, under the

sub-heading “Thiruvalargal SNJ Distillers Private Limited”, after the entry “The Dutchman Exclusive Premium Brandy”, the

entry “Hobbs XO French Brandy” shall be added.

Prohibition and Excise Department Notifi cation No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II-Section 1 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended:-

Rum”, the following entries shall be added, namely:-
