In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-clause (iii) of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section

14 and the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Thiru. Syed Rayhan as Member of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board.
