Amendment to Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Order

(R.O.C. No. 444/2007/F1)

No. SRO C-22/2021.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 122 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (Central Act V of

1908) and all other powers hereunto enabling and with the previous approval of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the

High Court of Madras, hereby makes the following amendment to Rule 18-A of the Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders

Volume I, Edition 1941.

Amendment

In the Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, in Volume I, in Part I, Chapter I, in Rule 18-A, sub-rule (5)

shall be omitted.
