Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) and
Tamil Nadu Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019)
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below here to be
required for the public purpose, for the formation of new road from Thoothukkudi - Vanchimaniyachi through Highways
Department, Saminatham Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, in the District of Thoothukkudi through Highways Department, and
it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the
funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Thoothukkudi
and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as
the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu
Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) it is hereby
acquired the lands specified in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 42479 sq.mtrs. of Dry, lands, to the same,
a little more or less is needed for the purpose for the formation of new road from Thoothukkudi - Vanchimaniyachi
comprised in S. No. 513/1 etc., Saminatham Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukkudi District. The plan of the lands
are kept in the office of the District Collector, Thoothukkudi and Special Tahsildar (Land Administration), Thoothukkudi
may be inspected on any working day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below here to be
required for the public purpose, for the up gradation and construction of East Coast Road at KM 119-710 S.H.176
connecting Thoothukkudi - Tiruchendur- Kanyakumari through Highways Department, Mullakadu Village, Thoothukkudi
Taluk and District of Thoothukkudi through Highways Department, and it has already been decided that the entire amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional
Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Thoothukkudi and after having considered the cause shown by
the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice
is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) it is
hereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 4212 sq.mtrs. of Dry lands,
to the same, a little more or less is needed for the purpose for the up gradation and construction of East Coast
Road at KM 119-710 S.H 76 connecting Thoothukkudi - Tiruchendur - Kanyakumari comprised in S.No. 677/1C1A
etc., Mullakadu Village, Thoothukkudi Taluk and District. The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the District
Collector, Thoothukkudi and Special Tahsildhar (LA), East Coast Road (unit 1) Thoothukkudi may be inspected on
any working day during office hours.
