Thiru B.Krishna Moorthy, IOFS, Director, Ordnance

Factory Board, New Delhi Office, Department of Defence

Production, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi has requested

for inter cadre deputation with Government of Tamil Nadu as

Additional Secretary in one of the Secretariat Department or in

an equivalent post in one of the HOD's office/ PSU's/Boards/

Bureaus, etc. The Government of Tamil Nadu have agreed for

the deputation of Thiru B. Krishna Moorthy, IOFS, Director,

Ordnance Factory Board, New Delhi Office, Department of

Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi with

this state Government for a period of three years with effect

from the date of his reporting for duty in the Government of

Tamil Nadu. The Government of India, Ministry of Defence,

Department of Defence Production have accepted the above

said proposal in the reference third read above.

Production, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi on deputation to

the Government of Tamil Nadu is posted to act as the Project

Director, Tamil Nadu Defence Industrial Corridor in Tamil Nadu

Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (TIDCO), Chennai in

the Additional Secretary Level in the State Government on

deputation basis for the period of 3 (Three) years with pay

protection. The Project Director, Tamil Nadu Defence Industrial

Corridor in Tamil Nadu should directly report to the Chairman

and Managing Director, TIDCO. He should perform such other

responsibilities as may be entrusted to him from time to time

by the Principal Secretary, Industries Department or Chairman

and Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Industrial Development

Corporation Limited.

3. During the period of his deputation, he is allowed

to draw his pay in his time scale of pay, allowances and

entitlements as applicable to him in his parent cadre and

other perquisites as eligible to the post to which he is posted.
