Amendment to Notifi cations under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

No. II(1)/HOPE/21/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu

Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the

Prohibition and Excise Department Notifi cation No. II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of the Tamil

Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended namely:—

In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading "PREMIUM BRANDS", under the sub-heading

"Thiruvalargal SNJ Distillers Private Limited", after the entry "Monocrat Premium French Brandy V.S.O.P", the following entries

shall be added, namely:

"Juno Pure Distilled Vodka";

"Zeeman Caribbean Orange Rum";

"Zeeman Tropical Lemon Rum";

"Zeeman Golden Apple Rum"; and

"Zeeman Original Dark Rum".

Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to

the Prohibition and Excise Department Notifi cation No. II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended:-

In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading "PREMIUM BRANDS", under the sub-heading

"Thiruvalargal KALS Beverages Private Limited", the following entries shall be omitted, namely:-

"Mansion House Silk Premium French Brandy";

"TI's V.S.O.P. Ultra Brandy";

"Mont Castle Finest Grape Brandy"; and

"Roulette XO Select Grape Brandy".
