Melapalayam, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District is ordered to be wound up under Section 137 (2)(b) of the

Tamil Nadu Co.operative Societies Act 30 of 1983, and the Handloom Offi cer (Statutory and Liquidation) of the Offi ce

of the Assistant Director of Handlooms and Textiles, Tirunelveli is appointed as its Offi cial Liquidator under Section

138 of the Same Act with eff ect from 28-06-2021.

No. 210/2021—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973

(Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following 12 I.A.S. Probationers of 2020 batch to be the

Special Judicial Magistrates in the Districts noted against their names, from the date of assumption of offi ce. The

powers may be withdrawn as and when they complete their training to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrates

concerned and confer upon them the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases

which were triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
