Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966, read with Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer

Aff airs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, Extraordinary Notifi cation No.G.S.R.663 (E)/ESS.Com/

Sugarcane, published at pages 1-2 of Part II–Section 3 (i) of the Gazette of India, dated the 22nd October 2020,

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notify the Mill-wise Fair and Remunerative Price (FRP) for the sugar mills in

Tamil Nadu for the sugar season 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 calculated based on the average recovery in previous sugar

season, as follows :-
