Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby Withdraws from acquisition of the land/lands specified
in the schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section 3 was published by the Industries
(SIPCOT-LA) Department at page 1 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary
No.205 dated 05.07.2011 and the Errata was published by the Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department at Page No.793 of
Part II—Section-2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No.47 dated 25.11.2015 and the Government have also
decided to withdraw the Land Acquisition Proceedings in G.O.(Ms).No. 268, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department, dated
21.12.2020. Hence the below mentioned lands in the schedule are withdrawn from the land acquisition proceedings and
physical possession of the Land/Lands which was not taken by Government, or on behalf of the Government.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby Withdraws from acquisition of the land/lands specified
in the schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section 3 was published by the Industries
(SIPCOT-LA) Department at page 7 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary
No.68, dated 23.02.2011 and the errata was published by the Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department at Page No.316 of
Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.8, dated 26.02.2014 and the Government have also decided
to withdraw the Land Acquisition Proceedings in G.O.(Ms).No.268, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department, dated 21.12.2020.
Hence the below mentioned lands in the schedule are withdrawn from the land acquisition proceedings and physical
possession of the Land/Lands which was not taken by Government, or on behalf of the Government.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby Withdraws from acquisition of the land/ lands specified
in the schedule below in respect of which notice under Sub-section (1) of section 3 was published by the Industries
(SIPCOT-LA) Department at page 1 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary No.269, dated
18.08.2011 and the Errata was published by the Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department at page No.794 of Part II—Section 2 of
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.47 dated 25.11.2015 and the Government have also decided to withdraw the Land Acquisition
Proceedings in G.O.(Ms).No.268, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department dated:21.12.2020. Hence the below mentioned lands in
the schedule are withdrawn from the land acquisition proceedings and physical possession of the Land/Lands which was not
taken by Government, or on behalf of the Government.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby Withdraws from acquisition of the land/lands specified
in the schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section 3 was published by the Industries
(SIPCOT-LA) Department at page 4 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary
No.200, dated 01.07.2011 and the Errata was published by the Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department at page No.356 of
Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.11, dated 19.03.2014 and the Government have also
decided to withdraw the Land Acquisition Proceedings in G.O.(Ms).No.268, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department, dated
21.12.2020. Hence the below mentioned lands in the schedule are withdrawn from the land acquisition proceedings and
physical possession of the Land/Lands which was not taken by Government, or on behalf of the Government.
