Confi rmation of Variation to the Sanctioned Pappanaickenpalayam Town Planning
Scheme No. 3 of Coimbatore Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of
Town and Country Planning, Chennai-107 here by confi rms the following variation to the conversion of Industrial use
and Commercial use into Institutional use (Public purpose for land in TS.No.1013pt (Old S.F.No.237) (Ward-J(10), Block-67,
T.S.No.1013/1 pt) - Extent 2.589 Acres in Krishnarajapuram Village, Coimbatore Corporation North Zone, Coimbatore District
to the sanctioned Pappanaickenpalayarn Town Planning Scheme No.3, Coimbatore Local Planning Area sanctioned by the
G.O(Ms)No.2706, Public Health Department, dated 30-11-1933 in Page No.18 and published in the St.George Gazette No.49,
dated 12-12-1933 and the said draft Notificaiion published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. No.22,
Part—VI Section1, Page No.116, dated 27-05-2020, Publication No.VI(l)/165/2020.
Since no objections and suggestions have been not received on this draft Notifi cation with in the stipulated time,
the same are here by confi rmed and ordered as below.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Mamallapuram Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971
(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confi rmed by the G.O.Ms No.94, Housing and Urban Development,
dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part - II, Section 2, Page 228 dated 15-07-2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone in to Mixed Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.111, Housing
and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 03.07.2020. the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram
Local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.153, H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20-06-2013, Notifi cation
No.28, at page No.481 of Part- II Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning
Area under heading in 108. Illalur Village Page No. 121 the following entries should be made
1.
Illalur Village against the entry 3.b.General Industrial Zone, the following Survey Number shall be added.
S.Nos: 439/4A,4B,4C, Before the S.No of 470.
2.
Against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone the following survey numbers shall be substituted 423 to 438,
439(Except 439/4A,4B,4C) Instead of Survey Numbers 423 To 439.
