Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

No. VI(1)/241(a-1)/2021.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired

under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for the formation of Bypass in of

SH-86 Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road from KM 37/800 to KM 41/250 at Sankari (Sankari Bypass)

Village in Sankari Taluk, Salem District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to

be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem

(CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on

such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section

15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Notice

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read

with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby notified that the Dry lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of

63351 sq.mtr., are acquired in Sankari (Sankari Bypass) Village in Sankari Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little

more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose for the

formation of Bypass in SH-86 Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road from KM 37/800 to KM 41/250.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer

(Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and office of the Special Tahsildar

(Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sankari Unit at Omalur Taluk and may be

inspected at any time during the office hours.

at 14. Manjakkalpatti Village in Sankari Taluk, Salem District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H),

Salem(CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such

lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby notified that the Dry lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 4 sq.mtr., are acquired in 14.

Manjakkalpatti Village in Sankari Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-86, Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi

Road from (KM 32/500 to KM 35/800).

In response to the Judgement delivered by the Hon’ble High Court, Madras in WP.No.13976 and 15123/2020 dated

28.10.2020 and Judgements delivered in WA No.555/2021 dated 28.7.2021, WA No.1121/2021 dated 5.8.2021 , the Government

of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose for the formation of Bypass in of SH-95 Mohanur - Namakkal - Senthamangalam-

Rasipuram Road from KM 31/850 to KM 32/050 at Bommasamuthiram (By pass) (Part-2) Village in Senthamangalam Taluk,

Namakkal District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be

paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering

the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby notified that the Dry lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 144 sq.mtr., are acquired in

Bommasamuthiram (By pass) (Part-2) Village in Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District, to the same, a little more or less is

needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose for the formation of By pass in SH-95
