Amendments to Adhoc Rules to the Temporary Post of Principal in Government Yoga and

Naturopathy Medical College, Chennai in Tamil Nadu Medical Service.

No. SRO B-41/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India,

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the adhoc rules issued with the Health and

Family Welfare Department Notiﬁ cation No.S.R.O.B-35/2021, dated the 27th July 2021, published at pages 62-63 of

Part III-Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 11th August 2021.

2. The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 14th September 2016.

In the said Notiﬁ cation,—

(1) in rule 1, for the expression '' The General Rules for the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services,"

the expression, "The Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2016)"

shall be substituted;

(2) for rule 6, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

''6. Reservation of Appointment - The Provisions of Section 27 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants

(Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2016) shall apply for appointment to the post by

direct recruitment".

Family Welfare Department Notiﬁ cation No.S.R.O.B-36/2021, dated the 27th July 2021, published at pages 64-65 of

Part III-Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 11th August 2021.

2. The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 14th September 2016.
