31st August 2021, ÝõE 15, Hôõ, F¼õœÀõ˜

݇´-2052.]

No. II(2)/CTR/650/2021.—In exercise of the powers

conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section

9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of

1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby reduces

the duty chargeable under the said Act to fi fty percent

in respect of instruments of sale, lease or lease

cum sale executed by. the Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar

Housing and Development Corporation in respect of

industrial lands, plots, sheds situated in the Industrial

estates developed by the Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing

and Development Corporation in favour of Adi Dravidar

entrepreneurs at the time of original allotment, based

on the transfer value fi xed by the said Corporation or

Government in respect of the said estates.

2. The Notifi cation hereby made shall be deemed to

have come into force on and from the 27th April 2021.

(Central Act XVI of 1908), as the Governor of Tamil Nadu is of

the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest,

hereby reduces the fee payable under the said Act to fi fty

percent in respect of instruments of sale, lease or lease

cum sale executed by the Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing

and Development Corporation in respect of industrial lands,
