Amendments to the Tamil Nadu Right to Information (Fees) Rules, 2005.

No.SRO A-17/2021.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 27 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central

Act 22 of 2005), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Right to Information

(Fees) Rules, 2005:-

Amendments

In the said Rules, in rule 3,-

(1) in sub-rule (a), for the expression, "in the head of account, as may be specified by the Public Authority", the expression

"to the authority or by treasury challan paid in the head of account or by electronic means to the authority concerned" shall

be substituted;

(2) in sub-rules (b) and (c), for the expression "in the head of account, as specified by the Public Authority", the

expression " to the authority or by treasury challan paid in the head of account or by electronic means to the authority

concerned" shall be substituted;
