ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU

An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land

for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

Bඍ it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of

Tamil Nadu in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India as

follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

Land for Industrial Purposes (Amendment) Act, 2021.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

commencement.

Tamil Nadu Act 10

of 1999.

2. In section 23-A of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997, clause (1) shall be omitted.
