(APPOINTMENT) RULES, 2017.

The following amendments are made to the Law Offi cers of High Court of Madras and its Bench at Madurai (Appointment)

Rules, 2017: —

2. The amendments hereby made shall come into force on the 4th October, 2021.

in rule (5), in sub-rule (5),-

for the expression “The Secretary (Law) - Member”, the expression “The Secretary (Legislation),

Law - Member” shall be substituted.
