Notice Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) read with

Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below here to be required

for the public purpose, for the formation of Bye Pass Road in Arcot Town in Arcot Taluk in the District of Ranipet through

Highways Department, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), NABARD and Rural Roads,

Vellore -1, after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as the

case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Notice

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) it is hereby

acquired the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 6994 sq.mtrs. to the same, a little more or

less is needed for the purpose for the formation of Bye Pass Road in Arcot Town comprised in S.No. 3/1 and etc., at Arcot

Town, Arcot Taluk, Ranipet District. The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Revenue Divisional Officer’s Office,

Ranipet may be inspected on any working day during office hours.

to be required for the public purpose, for the formation of up gradation and construction of East Coast Road at

K.M.119-710 S.H.176 connecting Thoothukkudi - Tiruchendur - Kanyakumari at Kandasamipuram Village, Tiruchendur Taluk,

in the District of Thoothukkudi through Highways Department, and it has already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional

Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Thoothukkudi and after having considered the cause shown by

the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice

hereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 140650 sq.mtrs (14.06.50

Hect) of Dry lands, to the same, a little more or less is needed for the purpose for the formation of up gradation

and construction of East Coast Road at K.M.119-710 S.H.176 connecting Thoothukkudi - Tiruchendur - Kanyakumari

comprised in S.No. 166/1 etc., at Kandasamipuram Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District. The plan of the

lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Thoothukkudi and the Revenue Divisional Office, Thoothukkudi may

be inspected on any working day during office hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands in the schedule below are required for the purpose of

formation of Bye-pass road to Tiruchengodu town in Athipalayam village, Tiruchengodu Taluk, Namakkal District, it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer (H), NABARD & Village Roads) Highways Department, Chennai - 32 and

after having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case

Amendment Notice

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands in the schedule below are required for the purpose

of formation of Bye-pass road to Tiruchengodu town in Athipalayam Village, Tiruchengodu Taluk, Namakkal District, it

having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the

funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer (H), NABARD & Village Roads) Highways Department, Chennai - 32

and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case

may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(TN Act 34 of 2002).

Amendment Notice

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Dry lands specified in the schedule below measuring to an extent 1.62.88 hectares,

of lands in Athipalayam Village, Tiruchengodu Taluk, Namakkal District, for Highways purpose, to wit, for the formation of

Bye-pass road to Tiruchengodu town.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the District Revenue Officer, Namakkal and may be

inspected at any time during the office hours.

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of

Town and Country Planning, Chennai-107 here by confirms the following variation to the conversion of Agricultural use into

Residential use in S.F.No.172/1part, 2part and 174/3part (Ward No.40, Block-4, T.S.No.2/3B, 3/1A, 1B, 1C,1D, 1E and 2A)

Extent: 2.46 Acres of Puliyakulam Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District subject to the conditions that the

applicant site lies in AA 100’0” Road part and CC 60’ -0” Road part should be hand over to Local body. Coimbatore Local

Planning Area, approved Singanallur DD Plan No.51 approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in

Roc No.2563/2000/DP2, dated:21.01.2003 and the fact this approval in Form No.12 published ill the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No.13, Part VI—Section-1, Page No.167 dated: 02.04.2003, Publication No. VI(1)/169/2003 and the said

draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 48, Part VI—Section 1, Page No.322,

dated: 27.11.2019 Publication No. VI(1)/524/2019.

Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification with in the stipulated time, the same
