In exercise of the powers conferred under clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of

the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1920) read with section 15 of the

rescinds the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/MAWS/484(b)/2021,
