In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu State

Commission for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 2021 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of

2021), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 13th October 2021, as the date on

which the said Act shall come into force.
